SolTherm for Commercial

Large scale flat rooftops are idle locations for clean energy systems to generate electricity and heat water. SolTherm invests in 500 kW to 5MW scale commercial photovoltaic projects, both in front of and behind the meter. These systems can also be installed as ground mount solar farms on property that is flat, clear and located adjacent to electric utility lines. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provides the “host” facility with electricity at a lower cost than current rates, without the need to make a capital investment.
